Learn the ins and outs of fully preparing game such as pheasant and rabbit. Then, use your own prepared meat to cook some wonderful dishes!
Under the guidance of our resident Chef and MasterChef of Great Britain, Simon Lilley, you'll learn to prepare, cook and serve a variety of luxury dishes... this is not a course to miss!
