The Perfect Balance Demonstration & Dining Evening - Weds 4. Mar 2020
Join Coghlans at Stancliffe Hall for this memorable celebration of their Cookery and Wine Book a Perfect Balance.
The evening will start with Head Chef and Master Chef of Great Britain Simon Lilley demonstrating the classical Tasting Plate of Derbyshire Lamb from the Perfect Balance book, recreating the stunning flavours and aromas of the dish in the demonstration theatre. Guests will have the chance to ask questions and see the dish being constructed cooked and plated.
After the demonstration we will move through to the dining room where guests will enjoy a three course menu, each dish from a different chapter of the Perfect Balance Book along with wine matched by wine expert Andrew Coghlan.
You will receive your tickets in the post to make that perfect Christmas present, along with your own personally signed copy of the Perfect Balance Book for each two tickets purchased.
