Making your own bread is a dying art - well, this course brings it back - the skill of home-made bread making, the heady aromas and the stress relieving dough handling.
The breads are made using the finest flour, fresh yeast, and plenty of stress relieving muscle power. The cookery school kitchen smells wonderful on this course! There is nothing better than freshly-baked home-made bread. Full day and half day versions of this course are available.
