A five course menu paired with a flight of five Sparkling Wines
Although we live in the centre of the UK and not near the Sea, we still benefit from fantastic seafood through our suppliers Hodgson's and Latimer's, who fish on the North East Coast. All our fish is supplied from sustainable sources and fished ethically in British Waters.
The menu is matched with fantastic range of different sparkling wines from England, France, Italy and Australia and our menu is classic British Cuisine, specially created by our Master Chef.
