We’ve created this chocolate workshop in tribute to one of the greatest chefs of the modern era - Raymond Blanc. This signature workshop is inspired by the world famous Blanc’s recipe for the café crème - a cup sculpted from chocolate and filled with a mousse and coffee. In this class, you will learn how to sculpt your very own chocolate cup and saucer, as well as preparing a rich chocolate mousse to fill the cup.

Raymond says: “You have to love someone so much to make this dessert. It is certainly a proof of love.”
