Great British Bakery

Many of us have enjoyed watching the exploits of Great British Bakers on our televisions over the last few years but what would it be like to make your own creations and impress your family and friends! Our Great British Baking experience will teach you some delicious and unusual recipes including making your own rough puff pastry from scratch as well as showing you methods of cake and doughnut making. A wonderful class with delicious treats to take away at the end of the day.

• Cinnamon Doughnuts with citrus curd
• Carrot, Ginger & Orange cake
• Homemade rough puff pastry to be used in a cheddar, leek & mushroom wellington.
