We've created these Vouchers primarily to be sent out as gifts (and don't they make a splendid present?)

Now, it may be that you would like us to send any voucher(s) you buy direct to the recipients address - or you may prefer we send them to you, so that you can present them to the recipient personally...


So, on the "Shopping Cart" page:

If you want us to send the voucher direct to the gift recipient - and for it to arrive on a particular date (their birthday, or whatever) - please let us know that date and we'll do our best to ensure that the voucher arrives 'on the day'. On the cart page you'll find a box marked "Add a note to your order" - use this to provide us with special instructions for delivery.

At checkout, in the "Shipping Address" section:

i. Under "name": always type the name of the gift recipient.
ii. Under "address" type the address you would like us to send the voucher to
iii. If the shipping address is not the same as your billing address, please ensure to select the "Use a different billing address" button at checkout.
