Our workshops combine both the skills being demonstrated by our classically trained tutors and the opportunity for you to practice those skills in the cookery school. Unlock the mysteries of chocolate in this ultimate workshop which will open your mind to a world of possibilities using and working with tempered chocolate.

The 1st of our workshops is Chocolate truffle making. This class includes chocolate tasting, truffle making and shaping the filling, tempering chocolate, dipping and decorating your chocolate. The workshop is led by our MasterChef of Great Britain & knowledgeable chocolatier Simon Lilley, and after you've created your masterpieces, you'll be able to take them all home - if you can resist eating them on the way back that is!
