MasterChef Tutored Patisserie Ultimate Masterclass, Full Day Course at Coghlans Cookery School, 15th August 2017Tuesday 15th August 9.30am to 4.00pm
T hrough our Pâtisserie course, participants will learn to prepare a range of Pâtisserie from classical to contemporary.
Under the guidance of a guest tutor and our resident Chef and MasterChef of Great Britain, Simon Lilley, you will be working with Sweet Pastry, Choux Pastry and Crème Pâtissière and there will also be a short session on understanding sugar to be used in glazes and spun sugar finishes.
You will produce a selection from some fine French Pâtisserie, including Glazed Fruit Tartlets, Filled Choux Buns and Eclairs, traditional Tarte aux Pommes and Mille-Feuille of Raspberries and Chocolates.
