Coghlans are bespoke caterers providing the highest standard of service and attention to detail for your wedding day. Covering Sheffield, Chesterfield, South Yorkshire and Derbyshire, our expert chefs and staff can work in any location, whether stately homes, hotels, private homes or community halls and even marquees.
Andrew and Janet Coghlan have both been trained in 5-star hotels in Europe and in Great Britain. Our Head Chef Mr Simon Lilley, Master Chef of Great Britain has worked with Janet and Andrew for the past 15 years and together provide the very best knowledge on food, service, wines and hospitality.
All of our clients are offered a totally bespoke service, with no pre printed menus or drinks packages, just an invitation to sit down with one of our wedding event managers to discover the precise details of what you desire for your very special day.
We offer menu planning from live canapes to hand made chocolate wedding favours. We offer directly imported wines from the very best vineyards in the world. We use highly skilled full time members of staff, many of whom have been working for Coghlans for in excess of 15 years. We offer home catering for the days before and after your main events.

Coghlans Caterers have been selected to offer catering services to the stunning venue of Coghlans Derbyshire Wine and Food Experience Centre. Once you have booked this exceptional venue for your special day, Coghlans will help you to plan a unique and personal wedding event that will stay with you for the rest of your life.
Coghlans is headed by Janet and Anne Coghlan who will personally oversee your wedding day, planning every detail with you in order that your memories of this most exciting day in your life will be with you for the rest of your life. Coghlans brings a joyous mix of 5 star standards combined with relaxed yet professional service unsurpassed by any.
Our kitchen brigade headed by Master Chef of Great Britain Simon Lilley specialises in beautifully crafted locally sourced foods cooked simply to allow the flavours and aromas of nature's best produce to shine through on the plate. Our team of Service staff are experienced and highly trained with many years of hospitality experience. Coghlans does not rely on Agency staff for service of Weddings, choosing to use full time members of staff from our Coghlans Derbyshire Wine and Food Experience Centre Supply company Barrels and Bottles.
Each event is different and each Bride and Groom have their own wishes from which to style their personal day. The menus listed are a selection of events that Coghlans have catered for at Coghlans Derbyshire Wine and Food Experience Centre in order to give you an impression of how your day could be shaped.
