Chocolate Class –  3 hours in our Cookery School working with a Master Chocolate Maker to learn about Chocolate and create truffles to die for!

Your Tutor will teach you how to handle chocolate including how to Temper Chocolate to create that perfect shine on the finish and also to show you how to roll and shape Ganache , how to coat and cover the Chocolate and also how to finish the perfect truffle ready for presentation.

After your session in the kitchen, we will be happy to serve you with a glass of Prosecco or non alcoholic Mocktail to celebrate your success. The chocolates you have made will be packaged for you to take home or you may wish to use them at the Wedding.

The cost per person, based on min. 9 delegates is  £75.00 pp.  We are very flexible and can offer you other sessions and I hope the options outlined excite you and your ‘Hen’s’?

 If you wish to book a date firmly into our diary, we will check if it is still available at the time of your booking. A non refundable deposit invoice of £200.—will be issued to you. This will secure the selected date on receipt of your payment. The balance is  due 30 days prior to your event.  We would appreciate your full details and contact numbers. Our quote is subject to all the legalities being observed appertaining to the Corona Virus stipulation at the time and our T&C.

Please ensure that your group arrive with sensible shoes, we will provide aprons. Coghlans operates a no alcohol policy for attendees at classes so please ensure that the group has not been drinking prior to arrival as this may result in guests being turned away. 

Drinks may be served at the end of the class once people are in a safer environment.

We offer you the exclusive use of our state of the Art Miele kitchen.
