Head chef Simon Lilley MCGB has created the most stunning sumptuous
menu featuring locally sourced foods from the Derbyshire landscape,
rich in the flavour built up through the season.
Ranging from beautifully tender quail , through the comforting richness of
smoked haddock and the stunning presence of prime Beef short rib.
Our celebration culminates in a luscious chocolate and cherry marquise which will
linger on your palate all the way to springtime.
