Celebrate an evening of Portuguese delights with Coghlans at Stancliffe Hall.
This wonderful evening of Mediterranean Foods (prepared by our Head Chef and Masterchef of GB Simon Lilley) will come from the family cookbooks handed down through generations of the Coghlan clan. With part of the family hailing from the Azores islands and extended family in Lisbon & Northern Portugal, this will be a wonderful insight to the genuine rustic cooking of the Portuguese People.
Famed for its stunning fish and seafood you can expect delicious combinations of fish with tomatoes, olive oil, onions, garlic, herbs and spices. Delicious almond egg tartlets and stunning fruits will also feature in this delightful evening to whisk you away to warmer climates and dreams of your summer break.
During the evening there will also be a Portuguese wine tasting, with each wine being introduced by our Director and Wine Expert Andrew Coghlan.
