Portugal enjoys a rich warmth of sunshine resulting in fabulous produce to work with.
Our Portuguese half day experience draws on the Coghlan family heritage with family from both Lisbon and the Azores having contributed to the archive of genuine Portuguese dishes.
 On this experience you will make some delicious Portuguese breads with a taste of the warmth of this Mediterranean country, followed by the classic Portuguese dish of Bacalhoa a salt cod based layered fish pie with olive oil potatoes, sweet onions, peppers and eggs, the national dish, but with our own special twist.
 Finally Portugal is renowned for its Sweet almonds and your final dish is a stunning egg and almond tart, rich, full flavours of the Mediterranean for you to take home and enjoy after your day.
