Spending a leisurely Sunday is one of the great pleasures of life but combining it with learning about and drinking the finest Derbyshire Gins is the ultimate Sunday experience! 

Join us on Sunday 14th January 2024 to first learn how Gin is made with one of the regions top experts Oliver Meakin, who is the Head Distiller & Blender for Dr Derbyshire's Spirit Emporium located just across from us in The Courtyard at The Peak Village, Rowsley. 

After watching the still creating the gin you can also watch our chefs prepare and demonstrate your luncheon dishes. 

There will be time to ask and get involved with the preparations - even a chance to taste before you sit down on our Chefs table and enjoy three course Sunday experience with several gins and mixed drinks to enjoy the lazy afternoon with. 

After lunch you will be whisked off to finish your experience with Dr Derbyshire's Spirit Emporium for a sample of their after dinner spirits & liquors and after dinner chocolates made by Coghlans.
