Learn to cook with a modern twist! Our Gastro Cooking course will help bring your cookery skills and recipes bang up to date and you will soon be making quick, tasty meals in double quick time. Dishes will typically include (though may vary): prawn and crab spring roll with spicy dressing, braised lamb shank in herb jus, confit shin of beef, baked apple torte and tart tatin.
