World Class Chocolate Masterclass with Andrew Thwaite Full Day Experience

Coghlans are delighted to welcome Andrew Thwaite, world renowned Master Chocolatier to Peak Village to share his 4 decades of experience working and teaching with Chocolate. 

Andrew developed his love of Chocolate after training as a Chef at Scarborough Technical College and has travelled the world to develop his knowledge, even creating his own milk chocolate.

The "World Chocolate Masterclass" is a platform for sharing knowledge, showcasing innovative techniques, and exploring the artistry of chocolate.

Their will be live demonstrations and hands-on workshops sharing Andrews expertise, insights, and techniques related to working with chocolate, creating elaborate chocolate sculptures, designing intricate chocolate decorations, and mastering the art of flavour pairing.

The masterclass will cover a wide range of topics, including chocolate tasting, tempering, molding, enrobing, making ganache and pralines, working with different chocolate varieties, and exploring the latest trends in chocolate craftsmanship.

This is an immersive experience for chocolate enthusiasts or and anyone passionate about the art and science of chocolate making.
