Making your own bread is a dying art - well, this course brings it back - the skill of homemade bread making, the heady aromas and the stress relieving dough handling.
The bread is made using the finest flour, fresh yeast, and plenty of stress-relieving muscle power. The cookery school kitchen smells wonderful on this course! There is nothing better than freshly-baked homemade bread. Full day and half day versions of this course are available.
