M any people say they struggle when cooking fish - well, the time spent on this course will really give you confidence in both fish preparation and cooking. We will begin by showing you how to fillet and skin a fish and you will then cook a selection of dishes including starter and main course items.
Dressed Crab, Bisque, Crab and Leek Spring Rolls and Tournedo of Salmon and Spinach are just some of the dishes you can expect to be taught on a typical Fish and Seafood cooking course, and we will also give you some recipes to work with once home.
