Are you fascinated by stunning patisserie and desserts?  Learn the techniques used by master chefs and chocolate craftsmen in our tutored demonstration by head chef and school director Simon Lilley.

Wonderful rich and lavish Chocolate Desserts will be produced in front of your very own eyes by our Master Chef and Chocolatier Mr Simon Lilley. All recipes will be given out after the demonstration and there will be a chance to taste some of the desserts within your de luxe afternoon tea menu.

Following a one hour demonstration enjoy a full savoy styled afternoon tea, in the delightful surroundings of Stancliffe Hall. Bone China and classic silver teapots adorn starched linen-covered tables and premium service by our front of house butlers
