Sausage & Pork Pie

Enjoy a morning of creating your own sausage recipes and making hand raised pork pies. Our famous recipes will be divulged and you will get to take away the fruits of your labours at the end of the session. A great way to unwind after the stresses of Christmas and a chance to experiment with flavourings under the watchful eye of our Chef Tutors.

Course includes all materials and refreshments. Students will take away a selection of hand raised pies and home made sausages to treat the family or friends with once home
