We have evening classes through to 8 week cookery courses - if you want to know how to cook and prepare food we have an expert chef on hand to teach you how. We have very low student : teacher levels to ensure everyone gets the most from the days experience.

Coghlans cookery demonstrations are perfect for anyone wanting to learn tips, tricks and techniques to make their time in the kitchen more fun and enjoyable. Whether it is boiling your sausages before grilling (to stop them splitting) or how to use equipment correctly and safely we have events for all levels of knowledge and experience.

We are a veritable hire shop of facilities at Coghlans.

We have rooms available for private dining, rooms for wine tastings and group meetings not to mention 2 fully refurbished buses. The open-topped Champagne Bus is the perfect platform to watch Royal Ascot sipping a glass of Champagne and our Coghlans Coach with dining tables and kitchen makes an ideal promotional vehicle for events, shows and meetings.
