Game Cookery

You will learn the preparation of the Game, how to utilise the whole of the bird, the presentation and cooking of the dish and the techniques of making wonderfully fragrant Game Stock sauces.

Some courses will also teach the art of making Game terrine with hand made fruit chutneys or to make a 3 Bird Roast with Partridge Pheasant and Duck. Some courses will deal with feathering and preparing game but not all so please check with the school for specific courses which coincide with the Game Season.

Includes all materials and produce with cooks taking away the items they produce.
