Day Of Desserts

An indulgent day of dessert making for any enthusiastic cook. You will produce tarte tatin, the classic French Dessert, Chocolate Marquise, traditional steamed sponge pudding and a beautifully silky creme anglaise to go on the side. A zingy lemon tart will finish your selection off neatly before departing with your goodies to impress your friends or family. You will need some basic skills prior to joining this course but enthusiasm and a sweet tooth will carry you through alongside the careful tuition of our chef tutors
