Three day intensive chocolate course is designed for someone wanting to start their own chocolate business or maybe you are already working as a chef who would like some specialist training.
The course is tutored by Mr Barry Colenso who has over thirty years experience working with chocolate he was the youngest ever Chef Patisserie in the history of the Savoy Hotel London.,working under Anton Edelman he presented the 85th Birthday cake to HRH Queen Mother and also created a Christmas cake for The Queen as a Commission from Lord Porchester. Barry also worked as project development manager for Thornton's for many years developing their huge range of chocolates. We are delighted to have Barry associated with Coghlans .
