Chocolate course Level 1 :
After attending this day you will feel confident to start working with chocolate.We will teach you how to temper chocolate ,study the different types of chocolate available, make chocolate decorations and run-outs. You will leave the course with a decorated chocolate cake and a selection of your very own chocolate truffles.

Chocolate course Level 2 :
You must have attended level 1 to sign up to this class.You will start with a refresher on tempering chocolate, however the time spent on this course is given to handling chocolate and the technique of using transfers, making figures and fresh chocolates with more detail than the level 1 course
