Learn the age old craft skill of Cake Decorating. The course will cover all aspects that are required to create the
perfect cake. Skills will include marzipan &sugar paste work, an introduction to Royal Icing and a selection of ideas for cake finishes. All materials will be provided and the famous Coghlans 2 course luncheon.
