Follow-on course to our 8 wwk general cookery course.

During the 4 weeks you will cook a selection of more advanced dishes to build your skills and confidence.You will cook two dishes each week with more detail on the finishing of the dishes. This course is designed for those people who have completed the 8 week General Cookery Course and are wanting to progress to the next level.

Each week you will complete 2 of the following sample dishes


Week 1 : dinner party canapes and flavoured breads

Week 2 : fresh and Smoked Salmon Terrine, French country pate and accompaniments

Week 3 : fillet of Beef Wellington, Tournedos of Salmon with King Prawn, Roast Rack of Malhamdale lamb with a minted Jus Lie.

Week 4 : platter of miniature Desserts including macaroons, brulees, choux buns,chocolate fondant nd tarts
