Tapas Making Classes in Derbyshire 5 Star Cookery Class Review
"A Great Present!"

This course was bought as a present to both my husband and myself. Couldn't have wished for anything better. Simon made this evening a very enjoyable experience. Many thanks.

Coghlans Pop up Restaurant 5 Star Restaurant Review
"An extraordinary feast!"

Andrew; I wanted to let you know how very impressed all of our guests were by the extraordinary feast you provided last Saturday. It was beyond my expectations and made for a remarkable evening for all of us. I don't know how you and Simon combined military efficiency with a relaxed professional approach to the whole thing, so please accept thanks from us both for the evening.

Indian Cooking Classes in Derbyshire 5 Star Cookery Class Review
""Why ring a takeaway...?"

...when you can learn how to create a 2 course Indian meal plus a homemade nann bread too? A friendly greating from Simon and once the formalities are done you are taken through to the kitchen wearing your new (borrowed) apron . It's a proper set up; your own work bench hob oven fridge etc. Everything is explained fully with tips on how to and why. Questions at any time. Our class was very relaxed, just the right speed. Throughly enjoyable. You wouldn't feel out of place going here alone or with friends. Thank you Simon... with your expertise I created a 2 course meal I could eat and be proud of & I have the recipe to do it all again at home.

Macaron Making Classes in Derbyshire 5 Star Cookery Class Review
Marvellous Macarons!

Fantastic tuition! ...level of experience wasn't a problem here - everything was well explained and everyone's work carefully, but subtly, monitored, to ensure success. Felt a little more pressured than courses I've been on at other places, but that's because this was everyone making the same thing, rather than the themed days where people follow different recipes. Everyone managed to turn out impressive looking macarons, and there were some great tips and tricks to take away from it. I got it as a Groupon deal, but it's good value even at full price.

MasterChef GB Cooking Videos 5 Star Cookery Class Review
"Move over Jamie..."

This guy is really good - not just at cooking, but he's funny with it to boot while at the same time not coming over as an egotistical maniac. I bought these videos for my wife (mainly) not expecting a great deal of them, but having watched the first one I watched them all. They're instructive and interesting and I hope Simon has some more in the can... or intends to do more. Preferably on the telly!
